Designed in Art Deco style with an elegant curved façade and balconies, Hexacon completed restoration and alteration work to the existing building, inclusive of a new 2-storey addition featuring a river-view curved glass façade that is consistent with its nautical image. Located in Little India, Mustafa Centre is Singapore's only 24-hour shopping mall and owned by one of the local retail giants, Mohamed Mustafa and Samsudin Co Pte Ltd (MMSC). Given the success of the shopping mall, Hexacon undertook the constructing of the Mustafa extension consisting of 4 storeys of retail complex and 2 basement levels. Client: MMSC Completed: 1999
